Evening social events are held quarterly at Woodley Civic Hall, Hyde Road, Woodley, Stockport, SK6 1QG. Unless otherwise stated the meetings start at 8pm and finish at or before 9.30pm.

Bike Section Ride Outs are normally held once a month. The next ride out is on 19 February 2012. See the Bike Section page for more information.

The Group also organises outdoor events including walks.

Classroom Session

The second classroom session of the January course is on Thursday 23rd February. As is the case for all our theory nights, although primarily arranged for Associates, Members at all levels would benefit from these sessions and all are welcome.

Group Annual General Meeting

The Group's Annual General Meeting is on Tuesday 13th March starting at 7.30pm for 7.45pm. As usual there will be a finger buffet and refreshments after the Group's business is closed followed by a light-hearted quiz.

A Meander Through Aviation

On Tuesday 8th May, Group member David "Kenny" Kenworthy will give us an insight of his experiences flying in both the military and civilian worlds.

From RAF training aircraft, Hercules transporters and fast jets to the life of an airline pilot.
